GREENLINING REALTY USA has PARTNERED WITH THE City of Birmingham TO DEVELOP HOMES IN THE HISTORIC Alabama NEIGHBORHOOD OF Druid Hills in 2023.

This project, Druid Hills Pointe, will bring 18 single-family homes and a townhome community of 25 to this rapidly changing neighborhood. The project will span two phases and will include the beautification of part of Fred L. Shuttlesworth Drive, dedicated in 1988 in honor of the Alabama Christian Movement for Human Rights founder. Once completed, Druid Hills Pointe will provide homeownership opportunities for residents who are currently limited in options.

The design of the homes will complement the existing scale of the neighborhood while also bringing the best of contemporary design desired by homebuyers in this market. The homes will be equipped with the latest in energy-efficient fixtures and sustainable materials. The single-family homes will bolster rear yards for playing and entertaining and the townhomes will provide sweeping vistas of the city skyline.
